Sara initially started dancing at the age of 5 with jazz ballet classes then later in life broadened her passion for Latin dancing in Costa Rica. Sara Started her training under Kadu Pires, Larissa and others at Rio Rhythmics and later joining the teaching team at K&L Dance.

Sara has been performing and teaching for a number of well-established festivals around Australia and Australasian countries. She has assisted many big names such as Albir Rojas, Kristofer Mencack, Vasco Moestus, Lucia Nogueira, Azzedine, Audi MPK & Eddy Vents.

Sara is a key member the Kizomba community in Australia with her brand ‘BrisKiz’ that focuses collaboration with quality venues, employ professionally trained DJ’s and facilitate fantastic teachers to share their knowledge to build quality dancers. Sara adds an ideal balance of technicality and playful engagement within her classes.
